Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Noêma’s services, from private dining and weekly meal prep to selected corporate catering in Oslo and Stavanger.
General
-
Noêma is a chef-led dining concept shaped by Greek culture, Mediterranean hospitality and a Nordic respect for ingredients, seasonality and simplicity.
Through Private Dining and Weekly Meal Prep, we bring thoughtful cooking into people’s homes in Oslo and Stavanger. We also offer selected Corporate Catering for offices, meetings and professional events.
At the heart of Noêma is a simple idea: good food should have meaning — in the ingredients, the way it is prepared and the moments created around it.
-
Noêma was founded by Greek chef Panagiotis Lenakis and is supported by a small team working across food, hospitality, operations and brand development.
Panagiotis’ culinary background spans more than thirteen years in professional kitchens across Europe and the Mediterranean, including Michelin-starred Maaemo and Kontrast in Norway.
-
Our cooking is rooted in Greek and Mediterranean traditions, interpreted through a contemporary and seasonal approach.
Greek flavours and hospitality form the foundation, while Nordic kitchens have influenced the way we think about produce, seasonality, restraint and technique.
The result is food that feels familiar without being nostalgic, and contemporary without losing its roots.
-
Noêma is based in Norway, with Private Dining and Weekly Meal Prep primarily available in Oslo, Stavanger and surrounding areas.
Selected Private Dining bookings may also be possible elsewhere in Norway depending on availability and travel requirements.
